Cinentertainment 2026

Young people between the ages of 8 and 17 will produce films.

This year, in “CineEntertainment”, the young participants develop a story and make a film.
The story, the storyboard, the script, the location, the technicians, the actors... all this during 3 intensive days to feel the atmosphere and the work of a film production team!.
What cinema is, how it's made and who makes it, are some of the premises for 3 days of using a video camera and exploring image-by-image animation.

Stories, books, legends, and tales coming out of the paper and the head, to come to life in movement, with sound, lighting, and everything else that is needed. We will idealize, plan, draw, interpret, edit, always with fun to accompany.
This is the proposal of CineEntertainment 2026, in the Avanca festival, an opportunity for the youngest, non-adults, to experience the world of cinema and films, in a relaxed, animated and festival context!
The coordination and follow-up is in charge of Ivo Prata, art-educator, actor, technologist and mentor of Cinentertainment. A friend of "Avanca" since 1998, he works with children, young people and adults in informal artistic contexts of natural learning, with a "hands-on" philosophy.

Mandatory to bring ideas, will and who can, a device that films, a computer to be you to edit the film.
